PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase an Analog subscription, you will be charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) until you cancel. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each renewal period.

Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it. If you don't want to renew your subscription, you can cancel it at any time.

How to cancel your subscription:

  • Log into your Shopify customer account portal using the link in your order confirmation email, or
  • Email us at support@goanalog.co

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Services through the end of your current paid period. After your subscription period ends, beacons connected to your account will no longer function as active Analog Zones, though you may continue to participate as a member in other users' Zones without a subscription.

If you accidentally renewed your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the renewal charge. After 7 days, subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet available or in stock. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date when the product becomes available.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled and shipped, you cannot cancel the order, but you may request a return. See our Returns Policy for details on returns and refunds.
